Lee Collins
Principal & Owner. Lee has been with EOSI since 2004 and he has been in the sporting goods business for over 25 years. Lee has had extensive experience in a variety of outdoor product categories and has worked as a Product Manager, Sales Representative, and a National Sales Manager throughout his career. He has a very good understanding of the Canadian marketplace and excellent rapport with major retailers and mass merchants.
Hannah Marcial
Customer service and warranty. Hannah has been an instrumental part of the EOSI team since she joined us in 2018. Her attentive manner and professional approach to resolving warranty issues and servicing customers and dealers with parts and product needs has been a great asset to our customer-first service approach. Hannah also helps in preparation for sales events, shows and the organization and inventory of samples.
John Day
Sales Representative. John joined EOSI in January 2017. John brings over 20 years in sales experience to our team. He has worked both Retail and Sales Representative roles in the sporting goods industry. John has a strong passion for building relationships with clients and is willing to go above and beyond to meet their goals. John was born and raised in New Brunswick where he currently resides. His territory is New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador & P.E.I.
Doug Kingsley
Sales Representative. Doug joined EOSI in May, 2015. Doug brings over 30 years of experience in the outdoors industry, winning multiple sales awards with major manufacturers. He is passionate about sports and cooking, especially with backyard grills and smokers. Doug’s territory is Southeastern Ontario.
Andy Collins
Sales Representative. Andy joined EOSI in early 2022. Equipped with a strong background in sales and marketing within the powersports and automotive sectors. Passionate about the Outdoors, Power Sports and building relationships with likeminded clientele. Andy has a strong drive to maintain working relationships and ensure that no matter the challenge the job gets done. Andy’s territory is Southwestern Ontario operating out of Burlington, Ontario.
Michelle Dinan
Inside Sales Coordinator. Michelle joined EOSI in 2012. Michelle has many years’ experience in sales and marketing. She plays a key role with major account support, building presentations, prepare and submitting quotations and all of the due diligence associated with these accounts. Michelle also processes licensing required for certain products and helps with organization and preparation of tradeshows, promotions and is the administrator for the EOSI website.
Denise Deacon
National Accounts. Denise joined the EOSI team in December 2019. She brings with her over 20 years of hardline’s experience working with many of the major Mass Merchants and is familiar with their internal systems. Denise is a great asset to our team and to the customers she will be working with. Denise is working and developing opportunities with Ontario based national accounts.
Jason Zulyniak
Sales Representative. Jason joined EOSI in 2013. Jason has held previous account management roles in the food, technology, and pharmaceutical industries. Jason’s well rounded sales and account management experience, combined with his genuine passion for the outdoors, makes him an ideal fit for EOSI. Jason operates out of Manitoba to rep the Saskatchewan, and Manitoba territory.
Nancy Collins
Sales and Marketing Support. Nancy’s skill set is mostly in the graphic design and sales support areas. Nancy works part-time assisting with projects, presentations, and some weekly reporting. Nancy also helps to back up others when needed and helps when required to complete time sensitive tasks and projects.
Michael Ablaka
Sales Representative. Michael Ablaka joined EOSI in September of 2023. His successful sales career has spanned multiple industries such as Restaurant food equipment, Software technology, bedding markets, Marketing, and retail sales, in western Canada from Saskatchewan to the interior of British Columbia. Michael Resides in Calgary Alberta where he was born and raised and now raises his family in his hometown. He will manage the territory of Alberta where his passion for the outdoors will be a valuable asset to EOSI's current and future customers. He has a passion for the outdoors with Hunting, fishing, hiking, snow sports and generally anything to do with being outdoors and will bring years of customer focused growth and dedication to the role.
Laura Carter
Office Administrator. In 2022, Laura joined the EOSI team as an Office Administrator, bringing with her a strong background in payroll and HR. As part of her role at EOSI, Laura is entrusted with various key responsibilities. She takes charge of budget management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Laura handles payroll and bookkeeping tasks and maintains accurate financial records for the company. Additionally, she is responsible for managing account payables and receivables, as well as commissions. Beyond her financial duties, Laura also provides sales support, contributing to the overall success of EOSI.
Ryanne MacKenzie
Sales Support and Reporting. Ryanne has been working to assist in the coordination and sample ordering and monthly reporting for many of the companies we work with. Breaking down reports and helping to organize samples and information is vital to our response time and the needs set forth by the manufacturers that we represent. Ryanne also has been a major contributor to the acquisition of images and product information needed for presentations along with her experience in developing online needs.
Stéphane Pépin
National Sales Manager. Stéphane joined the EOSI team in 2012. He came to us from a major distributor in the sporting goods industry where he won many sales awards and accolades. In addition, Stéphane had an extensive sales career in the insurance industry where he successfully managed many accounts and territories. Stéphane operates out of the Québec region and is fluent in both English and French.
Patrick Ally
Sales Representative. Patrick joined EOSI in 2015. He has over 20 years of experience as a Pro-Staffer, representing hunting and fishing manufacturers at trade shows throughout Québec, and several years as a sales rep in the region. He is an avid outdoorsman. Patrick operates out of Québec. His territory is South Shore, Quebec. He is fluent in both English and French.
Randal Pappas
Sales Representative. Randal joined EOSI in 2013. He has extensive Sales & Marketing experience in all channels of the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, both at retail and head office levels. Randal has a love for the outdoors and has been hunting and fishing for many years. Randal’s solid business experience and acumen, along with his passion for the outdoors, makes him a great addition to our team. Randal operates out of Victoria and reps British Columbia.
Pierre-Luc Darveau
Sales Representative. Pierre-Luc joined EOSI in 2022 and brings with him 12 years in sales including 6 years in the BBQ, 5 years as site foreman, the invention of the all-in-1 BBQ which has won international prizes (vesta award) as well as several prizes in BBQ competitions (top 10 at American Royal). Pierre-Luc stands out for his customer service, he was named best in Canada in the golf industry. Pierre-Luc Practices target shooting and BBQ. He operates out of the Quebec city and is fluent in both English and French. But, he prefers French!
